無(wú)電纜測(cè)井深度測(cè)量系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著石油勘探開發(fā)的不斷深入,水平井、大斜度井等復(fù)雜井不斷增多,測(cè)井難度也不斷增大。無(wú)電纜測(cè)井技術(shù)因具有快速、可靠、安全的特點(diǎn),在復(fù)雜井測(cè)井領(lǐng)域,能彌補(bǔ)常規(guī)測(cè)井技術(shù)的不足。深度測(cè)量系統(tǒng)作為無(wú)電纜測(cè)井系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,其獲取的深度信息是測(cè)井資料的一項(xiàng)重要參數(shù),對(duì)準(zhǔn)確獲取油氣的儲(chǔ)層信息具有重要的實(shí)用意義。本文分析了無(wú)電纜測(cè)井深度測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,得出了深度測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)需求。提出了采用單片機(jī)+CPLD進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集并通過(guò)以太網(wǎng)傳輸?shù)目傮w方案。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:①針對(duì)絞車編碼器輸出的信號(hào),設(shè)計(jì)了整形防抖預(yù)處理電路,防止誤計(jì)數(shù);針對(duì)壓力傳感器信號(hào)進(jìn)行了I/V轉(zhuǎn)換、低通濾波、AD轉(zhuǎn)換的處理,便于單片機(jī)高精度采集。②采用CPLD實(shí)現(xiàn)了正交編碼信號(hào)的鑒相和計(jì)數(shù)功能,簡(jiǎn)化了硬件電路,并可通過(guò)修改軟件的方式對(duì)硬件重構(gòu),提高了系統(tǒng)的靈活性。計(jì)數(shù)結(jié)果通過(guò)UART傳輸給單片機(jī)。③采用單片機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)了深度和壓力數(shù)據(jù)的運(yùn)算處理,獲取了井下儀器的深度和鉤載,結(jié)合大鉤的重載或輕載狀態(tài)提取了有效的深度數(shù)據(jù),并通過(guò)分段校驗(yàn)的方式減小了深度誤差。④采用C8051F340和CP2200實(shí)現(xiàn)了以太網(wǎng)接口,通過(guò)移植TCP/IP協(xié)議和設(shè)計(jì)以太網(wǎng)的驅(qū)動(dòng),完成了深度測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊,實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)、可靠和快速傳輸。⑤在實(shí)驗(yàn)室搭建了測(cè)試平臺(tái)進(jìn)行正交編碼計(jì)數(shù)和張力采集驗(yàn)證,正交編碼計(jì)數(shù)準(zhǔn)確,張力采集的線性度和精度分別為0.77%和0.0021k N。在實(shí)驗(yàn)室的條件下模擬了實(shí)際的測(cè)井過(guò)程,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明深度和壓力數(shù)據(jù)能正常采集、上傳并正確顯示,獲取的深度----時(shí)間曲線滿足無(wú)電纜測(cè)井要求,具有一定的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of petroleum exploration and development, the number of complex wells, such as horizontal wells and large deviated wells, is increasing, and the logging difficulty is also increasing. Because of its fast, reliable and safe characteristics, cable-free logging technology can make up for the deficiency of conventional logging technology in complex well logging field. Depth measurement system is an important part of cable-less logging system. The depth information obtained by depth measurement system is an important parameter of logging data. It is of great practical significance to accurately obtain reservoir information of oil and gas. In this paper, the application status of cable-less logging depth measurement system is analyzed, and the design requirements of the depth measurement system are obtained. The overall scheme of data acquisition and transmission via Ethernet using single chip computer CPLD is put forward. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1 according to the output signal of winch encoder, a shaping and anti-shake preprocessing circuit is designed to prevent miscount; I / V conversion, low pass filter and AD conversion are used to process the pressure sensor signal, which is convenient for high precision acquisition of single chip computer. 2 the phase detection and counting function of orthogonal coded signal is realized by CPLD, and the hardware circuit is simplified. The flexibility of the system can be improved by modifying the software. The counting results are transmitted to the single chip microcomputer by UART. 3 the depth and hook load of the underground instruments are obtained by using the single chip microcomputer, and the effective depth data are extracted in combination with the heavy or light load state of the large hook. The depth error is reduced by the method of segmented verification. 4 Ethernet interface is realized by using C8051F340 and CP2200. By transplanting TCP/IP protocol and designing the driver of Ethernet, the network communication of the depth measurement system is completed, and the real-time data is realized. 5. The orthogonal coding counting and tension sampling are carried out on the test platform in the laboratory. The orthogonal coding count is accurate, and the linearity and precision of the tension collection are 0.77% and 0.0021 KN, respectively. The actual logging process is simulated in laboratory. The experimental results show that the depth and pressure data can be collected, uploaded and displayed correctly, and the obtained depth-time curves meet the requirements of cable-less logging. Have certain accuracy.
