【摘要】：于2015年7月31日至8月16日對(duì)大連付家莊海水浴場(chǎng)的腸球菌和糞大腸菌群進(jìn)行連日監(jiān)測(cè),應(yīng)用微生物定量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的方法,得出2015年采樣期間大連付家莊海水浴場(chǎng)男人、女人和兒童(15歲)患與腸球菌有關(guān)的胃腸道疾病的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分別為1.78‰~43.31‰,1.19‰~30.03‰和2.37‰~55.55‰;患與糞大腸菌群有關(guān)的胃腸道疾病的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分別為0.02‰~8.34‰,0.01‰~5.59‰和0.03‰~11.08‰。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)降雨對(duì)海水浴場(chǎng)水質(zhì)影響顯著,導(dǎo)致浴場(chǎng)水質(zhì)變差,游泳者健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)升高。根據(jù)本研究結(jié)果,推薦將腸球菌作為海水浴場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)的指標(biāo)之一,以更合理評(píng)估海水浴場(chǎng)水質(zhì)和人體健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:The enterococci and fecal coliform bacteria were monitored continuously from July 31 to August 16, 2015 in Dalian Fujiazhuang baths.
